Refund & Cancellation Policy – Vedika Holidays

At Vedika Holidays, we strive to provide a smooth travel experience. However, in case of cancellations, the following policy applies:

1. Cancellation by Traveler

• 30+ days before travel → 90% refund of package cost

• 15–29 days before travel → 50% refund of package cost

• 0–14 days before travel → No refund

(Note: Temple passes, and other non-refundable items will be deducted as per actuals.)

2. Cancellation by Vedika Holidays

• If services cannot be provided due to unforeseen reasons (natural calamities, overbooking, closures), we will offer:

  • Full refund of the package cost OR

  • Rescheduling to alternative dates as per traveler’s choice

3. Refund Timeline

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• No refunds for no-shows, unused services, or last-minute cancellations.

• Refunds are not applicable for government-restricted activities or natural disruptions beyond our control.
