Welcome to Vedika Holidays. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payments

• Your booking will be confirmed after receiving 50% of the total tour cost as advance payment.

• The remaining amount must be paid at least 10 days before arrival as per the mutually agreed schedule.

• We request you to make timely payments to ensure smooth arrangements and confirm all services on time.

2. Services & Pricing

• All services will be provided as mentioned in your confirmed itinerary.

• Prices may vary slightly depending on travel season, availability, or changes in supplier costs.

• Anything not listed under inclusions will be considered an additional service and charged accordingly.

3. Hotel Policy

• Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00 noon and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

• Early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel.

• In case of late check-out, additional charges may apply as per hotel policy and room availability.

• We will always try our best to coordinate early check-in or late check-out requests to make your stay comfortable.

4. Cab Service Guidelines

• Travel Plan: Cab service will follow the confirmed itinerary. Extra sightseeing or route changes can be arranged on prior request and may attract additional charges.

• Restricted Routes: In some areas, commercial vehicles have limited access due to police checks or local rules. In such cases, our driver will take the vehicle up to the permitted point.

• Temple Areas: At some temples or narrow lanes, the cab will drop you at the nearest accessible point. You may continue by foot or use local transport (like e-rickshaw or cycle rickshaw).

• Driver’s Role: Our drivers are courteous and professional. They are not authorized to accompany guests inside temples, ghats, or monuments, but will wait at the designated parking or pickup spot.
  For a more comfortable and informative experience, it is recommended to take a licensed local guide for temple or monument visits. Vedika Holidays will be happy to arrange the same on request at an additional cost.

• Safety First: Your safety is our top priority. If a route is restricted or unsafe for travel, the driver may kindly suggest an alternate way.

• Guest Cooperation: We sincerely request your kind cooperation with our driver and staff for a smooth and pleasant travel experience.

5. Traveler Responsibility

• Please carry valid government ID proof during travel.

• Any additional expenses due to personal delays, changes in route, or extra activities will be borne by the guest.

6. Liability & Changes

• Vedika Holidays works as a coordinator between travelers and service providers (hotels, cab operators, guides, etc.).

• We always aim to deliver the best possible experience, but some situations — like traffic delays, weather changes, or government restrictions — are beyond our control.

• In such rare cases, equivalent alternatives will be provided with care and understanding.

7. Governing Law

All matters and disputes, if any, shall fall under the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
