• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving advance payment.

• The balance amount must be paid as per the agreed schedule.

2. Pricing

• All prices are subject to availability and may change based on season, demand, and supplier costs.

• Inclusions/exclusions will be clearly mentioned in each package.

3. Services

• Vedika Holidays acts as a facilitator between travelers and service providers (hotels, guides, transport, etc.).

• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to airlines, railways, temples, natural calamities, or government restrictions.

4. Traveler’s Responsibility

• Travelers must carry valid ID proof.

• Any additional costs due to delays, changes in travel, or personal choices must be borne by the traveler.

5. Liability

• Vedika Holidays will make all reasonable efforts to ensure a smooth journey but is not liable for events beyond our control.

6. Modifications

• We reserve the right to change itineraries or services if required, but equivalent alternatives will be provided.

7. Governing Law

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow.
